Client requested to design a new home with maintenance free exterior, fun yet sophisticated design for interior while maintaining budget. This open concept home has a timeless maintenance free exterior of brick and stone and relaxed interior for entertaining.
The large foyer opens to the living area and extends to the exterior patio complete with a stone fireplace. The kitchen is the focal point and added many elements with a wood ceiling, painted cabinets, marble backsplash, granite and wood accents on hood and island. The lighting sets it off for a more casual inviting feeling!
The home has a few fun features including a cross beam in the den, a stone fireplace with a floating mantel, coffered living room ceiling and a luxurious master bath.
The master bath has a large glass walk in dual head shower, his and her vanities, soaking tub, his and her closets complete with a stack washer and dryer!
