Client requested a complete renovation of the home taking it to a rustic Mid Century Modern relaxed retreat. The home was in such disrepair, it was brought down to the studs and slab, we were able to keep original stairwell and beams!

The windows were replaced with larger format glass to bring in light. Slate floors were installed on main floor and a new kitchen with an open layout. The kitchen pops with bright orange appliances against the glass subway tile and flat panel 2 tone cabinets.  The kitchen island has a waterfall quartz edge and designed a rolling live edge bar to pull out for additional seating.

The bath has a fun subway tile design wrapping around to the walls and shower. The vanity and finishes make it light and airy. There is also a washer and dryer tucked away for convenience.

The beautiful lighting and a malm fireplace create the ultimate ambiance for the interior!  Furnishings are forgiving, layered with shearlings, wool and leather and deep wood tones to create the warmth upon entry.
